Protein rest @ 122 for 45 minutes Strike @ 136 mash at 154 for 1 1/2 hours sparge 5 1/2 gallons collect 7 gallons and add 1 gallon to the boil Additives 1/2 tsp Irish moss 20 minutes before the end of the boil 4 grams gypsum added to the boil Wyeast 1968 Dry hop with 1 oz Fuggles in the keg 3 weeks. | |
