80% Pale ale 8.75 LB 220GU
10% 60L crystal 1.16 LB 27.5 GU
7% wheat malt .76LB 19.25 GU
3% flaked barley .33 LB 8.25GU

Hop schedule

Fuggles @ 4.0 AA
2 oz for 60 minutes 23.96 IBU
1oz for 20 minutes 6.99 IBU
1oz for 5 minutes 2.5 IBU

Mash 3 1/2 gallons plus 1 gallon foundation water.
Protein rest @ 122 for 45 minutes Strike @ 136 mash at 154 for 1 1/2 hours
sparge 5 1/2 gallons collect 7 gallons and add 1 gallon to the boil
Additives
1/2 tsp Irish moss 20 minutes before the end of the boil
4 grams gypsum added to the boil
Wyeast 1968
Dry hop with 1 oz Fuggles in the keg 3 weeks.
