.25 pounds British roasted barley
.5 pounds Melanoidin malt

Hop schedule

1 ounce Kent goldings (30 min)

Mash schedule

153 degrees for 60 minutes
168 degrees for 10 minutes

Additives

1 tsp Irish moss (10 minutes)
1 vial White Labs Irish Ale yeast
